The staff was helpful and dedicated to ensuring a smooth check-in process.
I encountered issues with cleanliness during my stay, including small stains on towels and bedding that left me uneasy. The shower head was positioned awkwardly, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the elevator was excruciatingly slow, which added to the frustration of navigating the hotel.

i arrived expecting luxury but was greeted with a tiny room facing a ventilation shaft. where's the view? also, the flat TV with instructions only in vietnamese was just absurd. i thought a little upgrade would be automatic after all these inconveniences, but no special treatment whatsoever. i nearly wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The stay was quite convenient for our family as it is just a short walk from the airport. We appreciated being able to quickly settle in after our late flight. The nearby Parkson CT Plaza provided a great shopping option, and we found some tasty local food stalls just a few steps away. Keep in mind that the room is on the cozy side, but it had all the essentials for a night’s rest.

The location made it easy to explore the Nguyen Hue Walking Street and Bach Dang Wharf. The staff was really friendly and helped us rent motorbikes, which made getting around a breeze. Plus, we found amazing local food options nearby. Definitely a great spot for group outings!
We did experience some issues with the slow elevator, which could be frustrating at times, especially with the number of stairs if you were in a rush.
